NEXTEP was founded in 2002 by Mike Narducci, an SAP Professional and I.T. recruiter specializing in SAP ERP, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP BusinessObjects, SAP HANA, SAP BPC, SharePoint, Worksoft, Panaya, CardConnect, Esker, Epilogue, Onapsis, Attunity Replicate, Attunity Gold Client, Winshuttle, ShipERP, GRC, BPC, SuccessFactors, Oracle EBS, Workday and other hot technologies.

I work with most of the major SAP installations in the St. Louis area, as well as many major employers across North America. Founder of the St. Louis ASUG Chapter (since 1999) and an SAP Professional since 1995... beginning with SAP R/3 2.2 as an SAP MM configurator. Since I'm a former programmer and an SAP professional myself, I won't waste anyone's time on opportunities which aren't a fit and will help candidates with career planning and development. In fact, in 2015 I was named ASUG's SAP Career Advocate for the Americas, a new role focussing on helping individual SAP professionals manage their careers. I work with staff augmentation, consulting projects, contract-to-hire and direct-hire placements.
